All orders are shipped out on a 1-2 Business day TAT!
Once you have received a screenshot of your items and have paid, you are not eligible for a refund.
Once an order has been shipped and you received a tracking number, responsibility of your package turns over to USPS.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim with USPS as all ordered are covered up to $100.
